A man is charged with hitting a family of three with a car while they were crossing the street in St. Ann Tuesday afternoon.

 Jeremy Jamison, 23, of Florissant is charged with two counts of second-degree assault.

According to police, Quajjina Allen, the mother, and the unidentified father were pushing their infant child, Kodi, in a stroller on Ashby Road near St. Charles Rock Road when they were hit by Jamison, who was high on heroin. Police say Jamison admitted to buying heroin from a drug dealer and ingesting it shortly before the accident. Full story here
